Crypto Prices Today: Market Continues to Rise as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) & Other

The crypto market was trading in the green on Saturday evening. Prices of popular cryptos like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and Dogecoin (DOGE) were all.

The crypto market cap rose about 7.53 per cent to $975.4 billion, and its trading volume was up by 51.78 per cent to $88.26 billion, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 5:40 pm.

Today’s top gainer was STEPN (GMT); it was up 45.74 per cent at $0.5086. The top loser was USDD, which was trading at $0.972 with a loss of 1.05 per cent in the last 24 hours to Saturday evening.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: BTC rose 9.36 per cent to $28,682.77. BTC was trading with gains for most of the day on January 14, recording a significant jump around 5 am. Its price was swinging between $19,288 and $20,982, the intraday high. BTC’s trading volume was up by 37.30 per cent at $44.33 billion.

Ethereum: Ethereum’s (ETH) price rose 8.50 per cent to $1,526.18 in the last 24 hours to Saturday evening. ETH saw a similar momentum as Bitcoin, and its dominance today was 19.2 per cent. The highest price for ETH was $1,562. ETH’s trading volume was up by 65.95 per cent to $15.86 billion.

Solana’s (SOL) price increased by 34.04 per cent at $22.31 today.

Ripple (XRP) rose by 4.76 per cent at $0.3924 and its 24-hour trading volume was $1.71billion.

Cardano (ADA) was up by 5.69 percent to $0.3501. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was up by 70.44 per cent to $765.5million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin rose by 7.59 per cent at $0.08624. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 77.55 per cent at $1,146,270,688.

Shiba Inu was up by 7.33 per cent to $0.000001027.

Decentralised Finance (DeFi)

Yearn.Finance (YFI) was up by 12.27 per cent to $7,098.66. Its 24-hour trading volume rose by 120.75 per cent at $68,553,503.

Avalanche (AVAX) was up by 8.91 per cent at $16.99, and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 66.74 per cent at $1.09 billion.

Aave (AAVE) was trading with a gain of 15.07 per cent at $78.31, and its 24-hour trading volume was at $203.10 million.
